Method of Submitting Requests:

You can submit/notify your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which “regulates the rights of the relevant person”, by filling out and signing the application form available on the Company’s website, by proving your identity in person or through a notary public, or you can submit it to our Company via the e-mail with which your membership has been confirmed or via your Registered e-mail (KEP) address. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the process requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the responses to the applications exceed 10 (ten) pages, a processing fee of 10.00 (ten) TL will be charged for each page. If the response is requested to be given on a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, a fee will be charged according to the cost of the requested recording medium.
